I am a mosaic artist that creates one-of-a-kind mosaics in Pique Assiette from antique china and mixed media such as vintage jewelry and stained glass. Pique Assiette is a French term translated as "stolen from plate." It is a folk art that has became popular again and often referred to as Shard Art, Memory ware or Broken China Mosaics.

My style is best described as Romantic Whimsy as I tend to go over the top with lush shabby roses and pinks and mint... I also like the fun Beach Cottage chic style with Beachy aqua and sea foam green. Posh Princess pieces, décor for your nursery or girls room is becoming a fast favorite as well. I love to make shabby mosaic pieces and functional art. I frequently use primitives and found objects from flea markets and Estate sales.
